Dan MacDonald's new disk is out and roaring about so we're waving him in to the Orbit this Friday at 5:30 for some rousing reels and a glimpse of his new horizons for the Cape Breton fiddle.
Raha Javanfar is known as the Bad Luck Woman to everyone but blues fans who count themselves lucky to be seeing her popping up everywhere these days with her drastically talented band The Misfortunes. Raha will be by at 6 with a bottle of hot sauce and a piquantly gregarious new single, which will be made wildly available this Saturday night at The Dakota Tavern.
