My Musicians In Acrylic

  

I have been painting in acrylic for over 20 years. About half of my work involves musicians in performance, most of them from Toronto. Many of them are frequent performers at the Tranzac (Maryem Tollar, Jessica Stuart, James Gordon). My proposed exhibition, "Corby's Orbit", named after my 25-year-old radio show of the same name, would allow me to present portraits of some of the performers who offer me new Canadian music to air every week.
